Board Member, FinTech Association of Hong Kong
Musheer Ahmed is the General Manager of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong. He has an extensive background in financial services and technology, having been a global markets trader for a decade, and a management consultant following his MBA. He is a founding board member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong and a member of United Nations ESCAP Economic Sustainable Business Network (ESBN) Youth and Women Entrepreneurs Taskforce (YET) and co-founder of IndiaTech Hong Kong. Musheer has a keen interest in technologies impacting/disrupting investment banking such as blockchain, artificial intelligence and digital banking. He is a mentor and speaker at industry events across AsiaPac and guest lecturer on topics of fintech, investment management, cryptocurrency, blockchain and artificial intelligence at HKU, HKUST, HKU Space, CUHK and Lingnan University. He has written blogs on FinTech and investment banking.
FinTech & Crypto Leader, Asia, PwC Hong Kong ; Chairman, FinTech Association of Hong Kong
Henri Arslanian is the PwC FinTech & Crypto Leader for Asia, the Chairman of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong where he teaches the first FinTech university course in Asia. Henri leads PwC’s crypto efforts and advises numerous crypto exchanges, crypto funds, ICO/STOs as well as traditional financial institutions and regulators in relations to their crypto initiatives and policies. Before joining PwC, Henri was with a FinTech start-up and previously spent many years with UBS Investment Bank in Hong Kong. Henri started his career as a financial markets and funds lawyer in Canada and Hong Kong. Henri is also a TEDx speaker, a published author, and currently sits on several finance, academic, government, civil society, and FinTech related boards and advisory boards globally.
Co-founder and COO, Clare.AI
Bianca Ho is the co-founder and COO of Clare.AI. Award winning Clare.AI builds proprietary industry-specific omni-channel conversational digital assistants that can understand 10+ Asian languages. The firm partners with leading institutions in real estate, telecommunications, and financial institutions to create conversational digital experiences. With one of their Fortune 500 clients, they have automated 87% of their FAQ inquiries. Bianca started her career in JP Morgan Private Banking servicing the ultra high net worth clients in Hong Kong. She worked closely with Zendesk’s executive team on developing China market entry strategy. She previously co-founded Dotkids, a startup aiming to create a children friendly space online by applying for .kids domain name. She is also an active youth advocate in Internet governance, and is selected as one of the youngest members of the Multistakeholder Advisory Group in the United Nations Internet Governance Forum (“UNIGF”).
Head of Strategy, WeLab ; Board Member, FinTech Association of Hong Kong
Jessica Lam is the Head of Strategy at WeLab – a leading fintech company in Asia with one of the first virtual banks established in Hong Kong. WeLab provides financial services by creating seamless digital experiences to over 40 million individual customers, and also provides B2B enterprise solutions to traditional financial institutions which utilise WeLab’s technology to offer fintech-enabled services to their customers. WeLab operates WeLend and WeLab Bank in Hong Kong, Wolaidai (我来贷), Taoxinji (淘新机) and Tianmian Lab (天冕) in Mainland China and a fintech joint venture AWDA in Indonesia. Jessica drives the group’s overall strategy which includes spearheading the rollout of WeLab Bank. Prior to joining WeLab, Jessica spent many years at Goldman Sachs in the areas of corporate finance as well as Private Wealth Management. Jessica is a Board Member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK), an independent association of members who are representing Hong Kong’s fintech community globally.

Jame DiBiasio is founder and editor of DigFin, the news website covering digital finance and FinTech, based in Hong Kong. He also serves as co-chair of the wealthtech committee of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong. He is an award-winning journalist who has been covering Asia-Pacific financial services and markets since 1997. He is the founding editor of AsianInvestor and has also led FinanceAsia and Corporate Treasurer. Jame is the published author of thrillers and books on history, and his new book on the history of money is due out late 2019.
