A seasoned management consultant and finance industry professional, Helene has held various senior management positions in Strategic Planning, Marketing and Branding throughout her career which includes tenure at global consulting giants Boston Consulting Group and Willis Towers Watson. Prior to joining Fintech Association of Hong Kong, Helene was Managing Director and Head of Strategic Planning, Brand and Communications Asia Pacific for BNP Paribas Wealth Management, a role she has held for 5 years. She also held similar roles at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Swiss wealth management firm Lombard Odier. In these capacities, she was instrumental in advancing the agenda of Sustainable Finance and Investments across a broad client base of family offices and asset owners. Helene is a known Influencer and Key Opinion Leader in Fintech and Digital Transformation, recognized by Thomson Reuters Refinitiv as Top 5 in Asia Pacific, and globally a Top 2 Influencer in Sustainable Finance. She is Co-Founder of GoImpact Capital Partners, a platform developed to accelerate the mainstreaming of Sustainable Investments, which has already forged partnerships with key players like Temasek Foundation, UNDP, Financial Times and Bloomberg since inception one year ago. She is ranked as a Top 3 global ESG influencer by Refinitiv and is among the 'Top 15 Women Leaders in Asia's FinTech Industry in 2021' shortlisted by Fintech News Singapore. A sought-after speaker and moderator at Fintech and Sustainable Finance forums, Helene graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a First Class Honors degree in English and Economics.

Rocky Mui focuses on transactional funds and regulatory advisory practice. He specialises in fund establishment, authorisation of funds, licensing and regulatory advice, PRC investment programs (QFI/Stock Connect/Bond Connect/CIBM Direct Access), cross-border mergers & acquisitions and general corporate related work. Rocky also focuses on Tech / Fintech and has developed expertise in cryptocurrency/blockchain related matters.

Edwin heads Strategy, Partnerships and Corporate Affairs at Mox and currently additionally serves as the Interim Chief Customer Officer. Edwin sits on the bank’s Executive Committee. He is passionate about driving the growth of the banking industry in Asia and believes that virtual banks will be a game changer in Hong Kong. Prior to his current role, Edwin was Managing Director, Regional Head of Investor Relations for Standard Chartered and prior to that, an Equity Research Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch covering Hong Kong and Chinese financials. Edwin is a CFA Charterholder, holding a master’s degree in finance and an undergraduate in business administration. He is married with three children.

Rockson Hsu is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ZA Bank Limited. Rockson has more than 29 years of banking experience in wholesale & investment banking and risk management with major foreign and local banks in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Prior to joining ZA Bank in May 2019, he was Chief Risk Officer of a listed bank in Hong Kong. Rockson graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with a Bachelor degree in Finance and International Business.
Benjamin Quinlan is the CEO and Managing Partner of Quinlan & Associates. He is also the Chairman of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, an Adjunct Professor at the AIT School of Management, a Managing Director for EFADRIN, a Senior Advisor for Picowork and Emotics, a Mentor for PingAn’s Cloud Accelerator, and a Guest Contributor for eFinancialCareers and Regulation Asia. Benjamin has an extensive track record advising many of the world’s leading multinational companies, financial services organisations, SMEs, and start- ups on a variety of high-profile strategic engagements. He is quoted extensively in the global financial press and is frequently interviewed by leading media outlets, including Bloomberg, CNBC, Reuters, and CNA. He is also a regular keynote speaker at leading financial services industry conferences across the world. Prior to founding Quinlan & Associates, Benjamin was the Head of Strategy for Deutsche Bank’s Equities business in Asia Pacific and its Investment Bank in Greater China and sat on a number of the bank’s global and regional executive committees. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Benjamin worked as a Management Consulta nt at Oliver Wyman in the firm’s Corporate & Institutional Banking. Before this, he worked in the Asia Pacific Client Coverage and Group Strategy departments at UBS, and in M&A and Capital Markets Advisory at PwC. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a First-Class Honours Degree in Economics (on scholarship) from Macquarie University, Sydney.
