
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Partnership Lead to drive the adoption and distribution of our USD-pegged stablecoin. This role is pivotal in building and managing key partnerships across the digital assets, traditional finance, and key commercial sectors. You will play a critical role in expanding our market reach and business network in bridging traditional finance and payment to digital asset transactions on-chain.
Business Partnership Development:
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, financial institutions (banks, remittance services), e-commerce platforms, digital wallet and custodian providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, and RegTech companies.
- Target and establish partnerships with key traditional industries, including import/export, logistics, retail (especially cross-border), remittance services, tourism and hospitality, real estate, and supply chain management.
Partnership Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to increase stablecoin adoption, usage, and liquidity.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, company goals, and mutual benefit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (compliance, technology, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless partnership integration and execution.
Market Analysis and Expansion:
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date on the evolving regulatory landscape for stablecoins in Hong Kong and globally, ensuring compliance and identifying new opportunities.
- Contribute to the building of the companies business ecosystem.
Education and Advocacy:
- Educate potential partners and users in traditional industries about the benefits and applications of stablecoins, particularly for cross-border transactions and as a store of value.
