Queenie Chan is the General Manager of Asia Pacific for Symphony Communication Services, leading the teams across Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia, etc. Queenie joined Symphony in 2016 and was responsible for pioneering the launch of Symphony across 20+ countries in the APAC region. Prior to joining Symphony, Queenie was in leading positions at Goldman Sachs, Barclays and CLSA.

Ray is CEO of Emotics, a Hong Kong-based RegTech that drives positive conduct in financial services through behavioural change using a suite of analytics for online compliance training. Ray started his career in auditing and has co-founded, and held senior sales and marketing roles, in software companies in business process automation, business intelligence, marketing automation, enterprise apps and EdTech.
